Chick-fil-a - Laguna Hills

Never eaten here, won't be back. Specifically said no guacamole, and was charged for it anyways (didn't realize until I got home) didn't get any other sauce. Didn't know I had to ask for it?? Why is a teenager collecting cash in the drive and not the person working the window? Bad set up safety-wise, won't be back.

I decided to order a chicken salad lunch and had it delivered through a service. The salad has cheese, corn, cherry tomatoes, and beans. The pieces of chicken were fried and crispy. What I didn’t enjoy were that large pieces of lettuce that weren’t too enjoyable trying to eat the larger pieces. The dressing is in small containers which is easy to add to my liking; however, I made the mistake of trying to mix by placing the lid back on to shake….. it opened and I had a small spill.

Jesse the director was amazing and had phenomenal customer service!

They know how to keep a long line moving. Always a smile and courteous. I would recommend.

Took 2 bites and threw it in the trash. The new chicken supplier they use is absolutely horrible. Just completely mush and stringy. Would like a refund
