Dunkin' - Laguna Hills

Fast friendly! Some items are a hit or a miss. Got a cold brew and it was more like a water bottle, but also got the snackin bacon which wasn't playin and was amazin. Donuts are mid. It's a fast food place so I don't expect the highest quality. Stillgreat place tho once you learn what's good here.

The coffee was great, but the service was very low. From the minutes we order through the drive through you can tell the server didn't want to be there. Very unfriendly.

Quick stop for two donuts with folds for a 4 year old birthday party. many decisions and we have with 2!

Very nice donut shop but the service was lacking, they knew customers were in the store yet they had no one at the front service counter. Even when we rang the bell they ignored it and we had to walk to the other end to ask someone to please help us. The windows outside were filthy and there were numerous spider webs under the outdoor furniture, including tables and chairs. The donuts were good but the service was lacking.
