Little Caesars Pizza - Laguna Hills

I arrived about 20 minutes early and ended up waiting for an hour. Great job to the staff!

I had to wait 15 minutes even though I placed my order online, which was a bit annoying. However, the pizza was piping hot when it finally arrived, and the chicken wings were delicious. Overall, I left feeling pretty happy!

The prices are reasonable, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff seemed quite indifferent. We ordered an extra pizza and the cashier told us it would be ready in five minutes. However, after waiting for 25 minutes, another customer walked in and asked if any pizzas were ready. The cashier said yes and handed her a pizza that had just come out. Meanwhile, while I was speaking, the cashier casually mentioned that we would still have to wait for our order. It's just absurd. I recommend ordering something else or going to a different place.

Sunday September/5/2021 I was on the phone from 6:00 a.m. to 19:10 no one answering the phone between I drove there and talking to Jeffrey after him was a manager and told him how angry I am, I even told him that I tried to order on the line, but their guys did not have my order online, also I tried to go Creat your own, which does not let me make his way too rude and he must This problem with Jeffrey has to worry about Immediatley. I wish I couldn't give him a star.

Tried the new pretzel pizza last night, though a bit salty it was a fun slice. The biggest stand out was when I called in my order. Eric C. was amazing. So complete and hospitable like a 5 star hotel concierge. I've not heard great phone etiquette in such a long time, he should train people. This location is always super busy and staff work hard to get it right. I wish they would accept tips and have that option when paying via card as most of us these days aren't carrying much cash.
