Ruby's Diner - Laguna Hills

The burgers and fries are excellent, and the breakfast menu is fantastic as well. I really love the decor and the music. However, there was a bit of an issue with the caramel on the sundae. Overall, it's a great place with delicious food!

All the food served here is nothing short of excellent. Their thick hamburgers are juicy and their milkshakes never let me down. Staff are pleasant and to the dot. 100% recommend.

This restaurant is simply fantastic! Every time I visit, I feel right at home. They always get my order exactly right, and the overall experience is incredibly comforting. One standout is the server, Jose Gonzalez Jr., who is consistently exceptional. He treats everyone with the utmost care and always puts the customers first. Since I come in four times a week, I've had the chance to observe how he excels in his role. Kudos to the restaurant for having such a dedicated employee! I typically prefer high-end resorts, restaurants, boutiques, and clothing stores, but when I see someone truly committed to outstanding customer service like Jose, I have to give credit where it’s due. Five stars!

I'm not sure what to think. The veggie omelette is good, but there are major issues with the restaurant. They seem to use old oil, and the smell is overwhelming on the potatoes. They have made an effort to create a nice atmosphere and provide good service, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the poor food quality.
