Tried placing a mobile order around 3:35pm and it declined AND tried calling them right after and sat on hold for 4 minutes to get hung up on. Drove there and got there around4:10pm and their doors are locked with a paper+ sharpie sign that says they close at 4 pm while customers are still inside.
UPDATE: STILL HOURS POSTED INCORRECTLY!!!! THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. LET?S SEE IF THE OWNER RESPONDS. Hours posted incorrectly. Was just there to order 2 turkey dinners to go. After waiting for 10 minutes without no body asking if I had beenhelped I asked if they were taking individual orders. Ten minutes later I had to ask again. Answer was no that I would have tocome back maybe in an hour. Management sucks. Customer service non-existent. This place used to be over the top great. Don 'twaste your money or time.
The food is excellent! There's no indoor dining, only a drive-thru option. I understand that there's a shortage of employees, but the service is still outstanding.
I'm fairly certain this location is permanently closed. It's currently 4 PM, and although they are scheduled to close at 9 PM tonight, they aren't open. I've stopped by three times during their posted business hours, and they've been closed each time. Save your time and don't bother coming here.
We rarely visit Boston Market, but the food has always been excellent in the past. However, on Thanksgiving Eve, I ordered a turkey dinner for my wife and me that included dressing, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Unfortunately, the turkey was tough and dry, the dressing was disappointing, and the gravy was watery. I noticed a "Help Wanted" sign, and I suppose that explains a lot.
