El Pollo Loco - Laguna Niguel

I love the food is amazing especially the pollo bowl, and the costumer service is the best from Damaris.

Michael, was very friendly and helpful with the suggesting some items on the menu since I was indecisive.

Ordered a large chips and guacamole didn't get my chips also ordered 4 salsa only gave me 2 of them. Total disappointment to get home and find $5 of my order missing. Will not return to this location.

I was very disappointed in the chicken salad. Not enough chicken.

This and the other location in Mission Viejo have the most intense, OFFENSIVE toilet smell ever! They reek of sewer. We felt like the building was going to blow up if someone lights a match! Whats worse is they have poor ventilation and air conditioning. These restaurants need to be reported to City/County health departments very soon! We are not going back there.
