Sango Sushi - Laguna Niguel

The sushi rolls at this restaurant are excellent and creative. I can't wait to try the udon noodle soup next time, it looked amazing.

I really enjoy this restaurant and have been coming here for a while. The food is great. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the prices listed on their website are different than the prices in the restaurant. I came in expecting to spend less than $20 (based on the website) but my order ended up costing $25-30, even during happy hour. It was a bit misleading, so they should update their website.

I have been a fan of this restaurant for a long time. Their combo sushi plates and curry are amazing.

High quality house front, fish was fresh, rolling were a good size, and price for what was ordered was very pleasant. beautiful that I found this place already have an order ready for the next visit.

I tried visiting this place for the first time yesterday after finding it on google. I arrived at 7:45 due to happy hour not starting until 7:30 and the restaurant advertised as closing at 9 on google. When I arrived I was informed that the restaurant actually closed at 8 (scribbled in sharpie on a small paper on the door) and the cashier told me they would be unable to take my to-go order. I explained that online it says 9 and the cashier told me that they are aware but have been unable to change it. Despite knowing this could cause confusion the cashier still told me he was unable to accommodate the 2 rolls I wanted. I asked when the order cutoff time was and he told me it was at 7:45. He checked the time and at this point it was 7:46 so he told me there was nothing he could do and had a poor attitude about it. Needless to say I decided to go down the street and try a different sushi place.
