Savannah Chop House - Laguna Niguel

I was genuinely disappointed by our visit. The food didn't measure up to the quality we've enjoyed in the past, and the service left much to be desired. It will take some time before we're willing to give it another shot. I also felt that the Father's Day brunch was overpriced.

This restaurant was excellent, and I was surprised to learn about its sudden closure on June 20, 2016. It’s a great loss for the community.

Food and service was excellent! large wine list and selection of food.

Not as good as it used to be Ate here last fall and it was excellent. They recently changed the menu to appeal more to a bar crowd (sliders, jalapeño mashed potatoes) and took off the nicer fare like the foie gras. The ribs were tasteless and the prime rib was horrible clearly they put some sauce on top of it to mask the taste. The baked potato was dried out like it was cooked a week ago. They do a good happy hour bar crowd and clearly want to push the alcohol but the food just isn't worthwhile.
