Taco Bell - Laguna Niguel

There's a newer guy at the drive-thru here with tattoos and he gets the orders RIGHT! He's awesome.

Cleanest Taco Bell I’ve been to. Made it in time for happy hour. Zero Sugar Baja Blast was refreshing. A worker was sweeping the floor. Pretty cozy. Ordering on the kiosk was easy. Did they discontinued the strawberry twists? I wanted to try those. Small parking lot, but had no trouble finding parking.

I've only been through the drive-thru at this location, but most of the people that take my order there are pretty good and courteous.

Manager and staff in the morning and early afternoon seem to run the place well and are quick to take your order. Food and portions are consistent and well prepared. Service is usually pretty quick, but drive-through seems to get priority compared to dine-in.

I have lived walking distance to this location for the past 7 years. Each time I hit it for fast food pick up, and I mean EVERY TIME, my order is either wrong or cold. When I refer to cold, the cheese on my burrito is not even melted and the beans are warm and not hot. Today was the final straw. I picked up a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and extra cheese. I paid more than the menu price and what I got was no cheese and had onions. BUH BYE! Never coming back. For me I will go forward with Del Taco and drive out of my way just to get there.
