Up popped this Laguna Cafe, close by where we were staying. From the time we entered the door, it was obvious we picked the right spot! it was cozy, homey, friendly and downright delicious. The clientele were all laughing, enjoying the morning and the atmosphere. We got served by Monja, the proprietor, who wore a shirt with our favorite scripture, John 3:16. As we bowed our heads to pray, she gently joined us in prayer. What a blessing. Needless to say, we will go back when in the area. Highly recommend the food too! And say Hi to Monja from Mark and Dianne from Arizona!
What a total gem! I have a group of friends that meet as often as we can every Weds for brunch. Our trip here last week was so delightful! The service is A+ as is the food. We're coming back this week and for the Sunday live music in a couple weeks, too! I can't wait to try more menu items- I did a simple scrambled egg with the homemade turkey sausage and LOVED it! Looking forward to the other items on future visits ?
One of my favorite spots though I don't dine here as much as I want. The atmosphere, food and service are outstanding. Staff is interactive and friendly. Basically treating you like a friend even if it's your first time dining here. That kind of service you just don't find everyday, unless you dine here! Nice to have a enjoyable homemade meal either alone or with friends, family.
Hidden in an unremarkable mall, Laguna Cafe makes the most of it. With good, hearty cafe sandwiches, salads and the daily special quiche that I had, they add a great breakfast menu, very friendly welcome and cozy outdoor tables. Open for breakfast and lunch, they are a nice neighborhood hangout.
Owners are hands on and really care about your dining experience.
