We have shown up for dinner during high season, the schedule says “open every day” and even more so since it is August. They have the lights on and the “open” sign but the door is closed. A person comes out and we tell him that we are coming for dinner and he tells us that it is closed “because there are no customers, they are open tomorrow.” Very little seriousness, we have come more times and the experience has been good but with so little formality on this occasion I don't think we will return.

The return of the place has been great, they have decorated it and improved a lot. Overlooking the lagoon and attentive staff. We ordered entrecote which was delicious and the salmorejo too, although some pieces of ham were a bit hard. The best place in Ruidera to eat. Meal type: Lunch

Place of compulsory visit if you are going to spend a few days visiting the Lagunas de Ruidera. Typical food, good service and what to say about the place where they are located... direct views of the lagoons, you are almost on top of the lagoon eating. We have gone with pets both times we have visited the restaurant and they have made it easy for us to enter without problems. Price very commensurate with the food, I can't make a bad assessment of the place at all.
