Honu Oceanside - Lahaina

Everything was fresh and very tasty along with the Champaigne !

Going to a seafood restaurant in Maui, we expected to see lots of local fare on the menu, but there was almost none. Settled on swordfish, which was very good, but way overpriced. Water and bus service great, but our server was awful... unfamiliar with the menu, didn't get drinks refilled until almost finished with dinner (they were empty when we were served). Our appetizers, soup and main courses all arrived at the same time. Overall we felt totally fleeced when the bill came. Never again.

Honu is our favorite restaurant in Maui! We go several times when we visit! Love Ahi bruschetta!

We dropped in Honu about half a dozen times last year. Every time is as phenomenal as the last. The staff is friendly and attentive, without being overlaid. We've never rushed as we have in other companies. The quality of food is spectacular and consistent! The bar program is also fabulous. The atmosphere and the ambience are definitely!! Turtles and whales and waves for days. This is our very popular place in the west Maui unpretentious, completely reliable, friendly and beautiful! What else do you want? Make yourself a favor, book a reservation!

Amazing hidden gem of a restaurant! We’ve been coming to Maui for 19 years and just found this place! We will return! Loved it!
