Mama Hawk's Kitchen Coffee - Lahaska

I came in the cafe today, pleasant stated my order clearly. They messed up our order, I was ok with it but then they were rude on top of that. The staff is usually ok at the best of times here but today they were more upset with making business than usual. There was no apology a rude comment that was made to me that he “does not have all the time in the world” to me. They are ungrateful for customers in general. They do keep the restaurant clean incredibly well decorated though! Please make sure your staff learns how to handle stress better.

Amazing Cinnamon buns and great coffee! Wasn’t a big fan of the chicken salad, but I’m picky and it was just a personal thing.

Today (November 5) around 5:00pm, I visited the café and ordered 2 capuccinos. Since my order was taking longer than usual I decided to approach the serving area. It was then when I realized that my coffee had been already brewed but had no milk. I asked the server to brew a new coffee (mine was already cold). She refused and said that the hot milk would warm my cold coffee. Please train your servers.

Great little spot. High quality food and drinks. The service is great even on busy days you rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes. Very cozy and convenient location. Great for a quick bite or catching up with friends. Definitely would recommend it to anyone in the area.

This place do not even deserve the one star. But it's for the Decent order line service. The wait took forever, the service was super slow. Then when my cappuccino was finally made, it was only a quarter cup filled and was just all foam. It was subpar coffee. Also it was very disappointing that they charged an extra $1.00 for almond milk eventho pricing stated additional $0.50. Not worth the stop!
