Contribuisci feedbackInitially when we checked in the manager was great as he upgraded our room and told us about the buffet breakfast. The bell boy Waseem always had a smile on his face and welcoming when we were leaving and coming back to the hotel. Breakfast was good most mornings all self service even though they have guys floating around. There was a couple of times when there was a lot of banging going on late at night and we could not get to sleep. All changed and experience was ruined upon check out we were charged for a bottle of water and cardamom tea which we never ordered, there was no signed slip for these purchases and the man at the front desk/reception implied we were lying about this, even though I told him that we had asked them to replenish the water bottles and tea bags as we had not had the room cleaned once, which were complimentary on a daily basis. Still the man said it’s on our bill, so I just paid the money, as we had a flight to catch. We stayed 9 nights and are returning in 4 weeks times and were going to book again but this has made us feel unwelcome, so will not be coming back to this hotel. The man at the front desk/reception needs to improve his customer relations skills! For 1000 rupees he has lost over 2 lakh business.
Staff service was so bad. Bathroom tap was leaking. TV was not working and staff argued that this service is not included in room service. My other colleague found plastic in his food. So pathetic. At the end they just say a word SORRY. Not recommended
Location is very good, but I disappointed when I booked the room, high price but not like a 4 star hotel.
Paking area : yes. Services : 5/10. Internet service : No. Food quality n taste : 6/10.
Always our 1st choice for dinner with family and friends. Love the taste and ambience
