Liberty - Lake Ariel

I was persistent to have them update their FB dinner specials. But it was worth it. Both me and my wife had a very special Valentine's dinner tonight. The food was to die for. My ribeye steak cut like butter. My wife had fried eggplant with manicotti and loved it. The service was very good and we got to bring home leftovers because we got a great deal of food for a very reasonable price. Loved it. Down home cooking in a quaint establishment.

Nice and relaxing, shrimp dinner always hot and good. Meatloaf and real potatoes was great, and I am picky. Have not tried the pizza yet but I see people buying it so I will try sometime.

Excellent food and excellent service! My husband is a big man and can eat a lot and he ordered the meatloaf which was delicious and the portion was so big that he had to take half of it home with him. I initially wanted the prime rib but they were out so I opted for the ribeye and it was perfectly cooked to my liking, seasoned wonderfully, and was tender and delicious. Our whole meal (with our drinks) came to $29 and change. Excellent dining experience all around and will definitely be going back!

I'm a fan! The waitress is kind, personable and a pro. The food is reliably good to very good. You will never get a bad meal here and fair prices are more than fair and very appealing. I enjoy homemade soups. Breakfast ends about 1:00. There's all you can eat dinner buffet available with a large selection of entrees, sides and salad plus!

After going to the Crystal Cavern Fever we stopped at Liberty Restaurant. We all had the buffet. I am not a buffet person. But I must say the food was fresh and I felt it was all homemade. Everything tasted good. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Nice place to stop and affordable.
