The service is consistently excellent, with friendly and kind staff. The atmosphere is cozy, and the restaurant is always spotless. The food is fantastic! The crab au gratin is absolutely amazing! Their onion rings are homemade and incredibly delicious! The baked shrimp and fish are also perfectly cooked! Plus, they offer affordable daily specials!

We ordered the #2 seafood plate and Charlie’s seafood plate. The catfish tasted incredibly fresh, and the shrimp was sizable and fresh, not like those frozen popcorn shrimp you often find. All the seafood is cooked in peanut oil, and both plates came with more than enough food. We even had to take home a box! However, the seafood pasta, which looked enticing, turned out to be quite disappointing—it was the only letdown of the meal. Our waitress, who I think was named Amber, provided attentive service. Overall, we left eager for our next seafood adventure!

Beautiful day to ride the river to the restaurant. The outdoor patio has a beautiful view of the lake. The food and service was excellent. Our server Katelyn was very attentive to our needs.

Was really disappointed tonight when we went for grandsons birthday. The 2 steaks had no flavor,the shrimp corn soup tasted tart, the cheese stick appetizers had something that looked like mold in some of them, salads were good as usual but they are hard to mess up, and my seafood platter took a while to get. Everyone was almost through eating by the time I got it and brought most of it home with me. Might be a while before we go back. We usually have anywhere from 10 to 20 when we come. Sure hope food gets better like we are used to getting when we go there to eat. Might be the reason they were not as busy as normal on a Friday night. Marie
