Same for breakfast , asked for an over easy egg (huevos rancheros) and the chip on the side , they sent out two over cooked eggs over a rubbery tortilla chip that was just slopped up in grease ,, don’t recommend , CJ is better next door !

Service was very slow… took forever for our food we should never had to pay gratuity I never wanna come here

We were a party of 7. Not one of us thought the food was good. We had the fish tacos, beef enchiladas, and nachos. I've had better enchiladas from the frozen section of my local grocery store. Avoid, especially since there are several more, much better choices within the hotel.

It’s 10 at night well it was 9:30 when we came… Took forever for service, and food is very salty… Waitress kept sayin “I’m sorry” I’m sorry like seriously the worst service and food ?

Superb experience, even in a rush! We ate here on a time crunch before a concert event. We had only 45 minutes to spare but took a chance on the Cadillac. We were seated immediately even though the casino was overwhelmingly packed.Our server came right to us and happily took our drink orders and fare orders at the same time. I believe he sensed we didn't have time to dine leisurely, so he upped the pace of his service.Our dishes came out within 15 minutes. We both had the Del Mar blackened red fish served with grilled vegetables, rice and beans. The meal was delicious! The fish was cooked just right and so flavorful, as were the vegetables. The rice was exceptional as well. So satisfying.When we asked for the check, our server brought it right away and had us on our way. We made it to the concert with time to spare and were so happy we had a fabulous meal beforehand. Highly recommend the Del Mar at Cadillac!
