Contribuisci feedbackWife and I visited here today for lunch. Our server Chastity gave excellent service. Seafood gumbo was truly amazing and honestly the biggest bowl I've ever received for $10. Everything we ordered was really good with the exception of the chargrilled oysters. They came on the half shell and very tiny. I would say smaller than ones you'd find in a can. And they didn't taste very well either. I would definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.
Hands down the best crab ever. Best waitress ever. FIVE shoutout From Canada to Ashley. We will be back and hopefully by that time Ashley is the manager because she exceeded my expectations. Food came fresh, fast and she was smiling and polite. A lot of Americans have no idea how far a smile in customer service goes. The food was absolutely amazing. Crab cakes were good, drinks great , cheesecake is no Cheesecake factory but it gets a 7/10. For an understaffed location They did amazing. It can be very hard to smile while understaffed but these staff need to be Respected because they did amazing.
Enjoyed the boiled seafood, not quite spicy as expected but 'got my hands dirty ' good!! Only took pic of the broiled oysters, very good!! Cocktail Lemon Drop Martini- just okay- not very much lemon nor martini taste to it. Seemed understaffed however, the service was pleasant.
OMG...WHERE DO I BEGIN...I walked through the door and it wasn't crowded at all. It made me kinda leery. We were seated and then greeted by Aleisha. WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! She was helpful, attentive, friendly and also helped me and my coworkers get our seafood choices together. I'm not going to lie, I needed a wheelbarrow to leave the Fiery Crab because I feasted. The food was delicious, the flavors were on point. The portions were filling to me. So much perfectness on a single plate... It's making me hungry again just writing this. Yes We (the 3 of us) went back the very next night with 3 more coworkers...6 of us. They doubted our restaurant choice but gave it a chance. Why did I hear...are we coming back so I try everything as we finished our meal. Thank you for a great 2 nights of dining.
A different seafood restaurant with good smells and menu items I didn't expect (crab rangoon and fried rice). Location: across from the mall, easy to get to. Decent parking lot, but it can full up. Atmosphere: clean, large. I felt I had privacy and not too close to others. Booths and tables available. Also a bar area. Food: many options- calamari, crab rangoon, crab salad, fries, crawfish, fish, shrimp, poboys, boiled eggs, onion rings, pickles, oysters, chicken tenders, frog legs, gumbo, potatoes, lobster, crab legs. I ordered the crab rangoon and they were good. I also ordered the catfish basket with fries and crab salad. I really enjoyed it, but I feel like they have alot of sodium in their food. I don'thave blood pressure issues, but I felt it in my face after eating. I did not like that they do not allow substitutions for their grilled items (seafood with rice and broccoli). This made no sense to me- what if someone can't eat the riceand just hates broccoli? I don't see why they can't sub it with a potato/fried and corn. My friend also ordered boiled eggs as a side- we were expecting like cajun boiled but nope, just plain ole boiled eggs for $2! Service: Nice butthere to get the job done. Friendly, but not personable. Very quick to take order. Prices: expensive. Compared to other crawfish locations, this place is $8 or $9/lb where others have been $6/lb. That's crazy. Also, some if their largeticket items (seafood house platter for $98) just doesnt seem to be fairly priced. My catfish basket was $13 and that felt fair.
