Jimmy John's - Lake Charles

Sadly hours have changed due to lack of staff as well as online ordering but that hasn't changed the overall quality and service.

My 5 star rating reflects on my handful of visits in the past. For the record, The Italian Night Club is what I order every single time. It's a solid, flavorful sandwich that is head and shoulders above any sandwich I could get from the other sub sandwich franchise. The only reason why I haven't tried anything else is because, I simply can't imagine enjoying a sub sandwich catered to my preferences any more than this one. The dressings that compliment the crisp lettuce, in combination with deli cuts and cheese, in between well baked white bread, always hits the spot.I will note that my last visit resulted in receiving a product that was not quite up to par as my previous ones. I will mark it down as a fluke, or perhaps an effect correlated with the events over the past year(1/2) or so. It was still enjoyable. In technical terms, however, my Italian N.C. was lacking in cohesiveness.

I love Jimmy John's, first time at this location and will be coming back every time I go to Lake Charles

This restaurant has inconsistent opening hours and often does not answer their phone, attributing it to a shortage of staff. However, the reality is that they have enough employees but are inefficient. It seems that they are only open around 60% of the time they claim to be.
