Papa Johns Pizza - Lake Charles

On December 14, 2022, at 9:50 PM, I ordered the extra special stuffed crust from Papa John's. Unfortunately, it seems that paying extra only resulted in a pizza that was overcooked.

I ordered a pizza that took nearly two hours to arrive. When it finally got here, it was cold and the entire bottom was burnt. I tried to eat it, but it tasted terrible—like I was chewing on old gum. I'm really disappointed, especially since I usually love Papa John's. They did refund my money, but it wasn't a great experience.

I've been waiting for two hours and still haven't received my order. When I called, they told me DoorDash picked it up at 6:30, and now it's 7:30 with nothing delivered. Based on other reviews I've seen, I strongly suggest avoiding delivery from this place.

Two hard-working men on a blue night. Two great settings! The pizza smelled brilliant and was a hot fresh DD delivery. The pizza came up when I came in so that the guy on the back handed it over to me directly. They were kind and helpful. I can hardly believe that people are still welcome - especially in this weather! We later went to Dominoes and idc, what kind of specials and coupons they need your way, they need each of them bc when it comes to quality and service, they could NIE!!!

The Papa John's here at Lake Charles is a good location that makes a solid task to prepare good delicious pizza and provide a good customer service and a good and solid speed. While it is rare, I myself will enjoy Papa John's pizza as I cook my own, the four times I enjoyed these places services they enjoyed a fantastic job that was not only quality, but also fresh and fast.
