This restaurant really needs to get it's act together. There is always an extremely long wait time for the drive through. Today, I waited around an hour before I finally got my food. I pulled up to the window to order, and was told that there was a 35 minute wait for a chicken sandwich. The lady at the window and at the drive through were both rude. I bought 40 dollars worth of chicken, and the lady at the window was stingy with the sauces. I was willing to pay for extra sauce, and asked her to give me one of each, but she handed me a meager bag of barQ and sweet heat. I also asked for sugar for me unsweetend tea and she handed me Equal, the aspertame packet. I really do like the food here, but the wait times and the rudeness, and the fact that you can't even get a generous amount of sauce, means that I won't be going back.

They tend to forget food but other than that it's great.

Customer service non existent. I went inside to order only to be told only service app and doordash orders inside. I went out and got in drive thru and car at order area hasn’t moved in ten minutes.
