Starbucks - Lake Charles

Always fast in the drive threw! Order Always correct! Staff always so nice! Favorite starbucks to go to in SWLA.

Super rude staff! No one inside and we waited 15 minutes for 2 drip coffees. When we got our food in was 10 minutes later that we got our coffee. When I asked for my 2 coffees I was told they make the drinks as in order. Made no sense when 3 employees were standing around doug doing nothing ?

Always so slow. Everytime I have gone here it takes at least 30 mins to get 1 drink. Don't go very often due to that reason.

I have to commend you guys on your customer service. You guys were out of a breakfast item I enjoyed, apologized, and gave a card with money off my next purchase. I really appreciate the gesture and hope you guys continue to be professional like this. This is literally what brings people back to do business with you guys ?.

Who dines at Starbucks? As places go it was OK. Obviously there are repercussions from the recent hurricane and it was raining that day roof leaked!!
