Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Do a doordash and 2 hours later still no food it's still be done. These ppl never answer there phone. That's completely awful the way you treat your customers. I wouldn't go back there if it was the last place open. My dog wouldn't eat from there becauseyou'd starve 1st.

Food was great, service not so great. Drive thru, ordered 4 combos all the same. She gave a price wasn't correct too low. So we went inside to make sure they were preparing 4 combos. The register lady wanted to argue, when we said she must've only chargedfor 2. She said two would've been more. Okay... doesn't matter... what matters is that they didnt charge for 4 and we didn'tknow we would receive 4 for that. Geez, just get us 4 combos and stop arguing about nonchalant matters. Not the 1st time, wereceived mediocre service from there.

GM ppl well I worked all night. In my way home I stop for breakfast my bo rounds were cold hard. Biscuit was luke warm . Not happy !!

The sign says come on in dining room is open but the dining room is closed because they 're short staffed. On a road trip with kids, and eating inside is something we were counting on.

Normally this is the best Bojangles but after today I'm never coming back I don't know what is going on with Bojangles but after the service I just received and the so called manager Keisha let the lady at the window talk to me the was she did and refusedto give me a number for the store manager or corporate and my food was ice cold I know Ill not get a response but I'm not goingto be back until I get a apology for the comments that were made and some people lose jobs customer service has never been thatbad. The Keisha lady said and I quote you and your kind can go eat at a white people place because y'all complain all because Iwanted to get hot sauce and she wanted to charge me 1 dollar for a hot sauce packet.
