Bw Blacksmith Deli And Grill

I moved a year ago and I have been through the drive-thru four times, but there have never been any prices so I have always just pulled on through. Today I stepped inside for the first time and, sure enough, no prices even inside. They do have an old paper menu but they have to tell everybody those prices aren't right. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and some corn nuggets. Corn nuggets were amazing. Chicken wrap was way too salty. And I eat a lot of salt. Probably won't go back. Do the basics! Get a menu that works.

Food was slightly above average. Very friendly staff. Coffee delicious and strong, which I loved! Breakfast sandwich was made fresh. Cinnamon Roll was good but maybe premade. WAY too much icing. Blacksmith and Western decor throughout dining area. Mostly new country music but a little Morrisey and Phil Collins slipped in.

Took way to long for our food. We ordered a bagel, 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, a cinnamon roll, and a fruit cup. They forgot about the cinnamon roll and we didn't get it until we asked for it twice.

Forgot our order, also out of things and still advertised them.

I stopped going here for a while due to declining quality and staff, however I decided to give BW another try and boy am I glad I did. We walked in and we were immediately greeted by a young lady named Mela. She took our order in a timely manor and was extremely pleasant. After our order was taken Mela went to the barista station and made our order to perfection. My elderly father and my son could not stop ranting about how good their drinks were. I will definitely be making BW my regular go to place again. If Mela is any sign of the employees that are being hired and trained I see long lines and happy customers in the future. If Mela is not management there she definitely should be, at the very least she should be your corporate trainer. CUSTOMERS!! Just a fair warning if you go when Mela is not there get ready to wait and make sure you check your orders.
