I got food poisoning couldn't eat for a week,gave me the runs,and almost passed out from dehydration.

It's McDonald's, so the food is as expected. The employees made the trip worth it. They were all friendly and smiling not something I'm used to at a McDonald's.

McDonald's is always a good place to eat when you are in a hurry. This one is clean and fast, and the food is plenty tasty.
