I promptly reported the issue to Mindi inside the store. She provided me with Olaf's contact number. I sent a text describing the damage and later called to leave a voicemail requesting a follow-up. The next day, September 28, I returned to the store for an update. I noticed that the protective panel had been replaced. An older gentleman there confirmed the issue and informed me that the car wash team had come to address it and asked for a couple more days to determine the next steps. On October 4, I reached out to Holiday's corporate office to provide details of the situation. Olaf then texted me on October 5, claiming that there was no malfunction and attributing the issue to my vehicle's make and model. I followed up with another inquiry to corporate. By October 6, I decided to write this review because I found it inappropriate for them to open a repair order on September 27 after I had reported the damage, perform repairs on September 28, and then later claim there was no malfunction. I want to acknowledge Mindi and the rest of the Holiday staff who were consistently courteous and helpful throughout this process. I plan to update this review once everything is resolved. Edit: On October 6, I received an email from corporate, timestamped 10:42 AM, stating that they couldn’t assist further and that it was solely up to the franchise owner. Then, on October 9, Olaf reached out via text to request a repair estimate, promising to follow up via email. On October 12, I received the estimate from Highland Collision and forwarded it to Olaf, who acknowledged receipt and informed me to expect a follow-up from his finance colleague, Eric. On October 19, I got a call from Eric saying he would cover the repair and vehicle rental costs, and I dropped off my car for repairs that same day. Finally, on November 2, Eric notified me that the repair invoice had been paid, and I was able to pick up my car on the same day! I just have to wait for Hertz to bill me for the rental, and Eric will mail me a reimbursement check. Despite the stress this experience caused, it’s reassuring to find a business that is committed to taking care of its customers following an accident. I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in this extensive process.
This restaurant is conveniently located near my home, making it an easy choice for me. The staff here are exceptionally kind and have gone out of their way to assist me, especially on days when I'm feeling less able. I wish more people would show them the respect and friendliness they deserve; it's something that really bothers me.
The car wash is outdated and in poor condition. The unpleasant smell was overwhelming, and the dryer stopped working 15 seconds before the countdown finished. I won't be returning.
I'm giving 2 because of location and the store has an average setup. The wash goes through its cycles too quickly, not allowing time to actually scrub off the dirt. It cleaned my vehicle in general but still left behind a fair amount. I'd rate the wash a 3/10. The air dryer starts before the rinse cycle ends, so you lose quality drying and I got soap blow back, so it didn't rinse my vehicle.
It's decent, typical of what you would find at a gas station and convenience store. I'm giving it two stars because the gas pumps constantly blare unskippable advertisements. If given the option, I would choose to go somewhere else.
