Del Taco - Lake Elsinore

Food was cold and soggy due to the late delivery (almost an hour late) and the food was delivered to the wrong house.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant the del taco on lakeshore in lake Elsinore. They forget something 9/10 time and cannot get a receipt from them unless you ask multiple times. The manager Jessica also had the audacity to tell me they put the missing item in my bag even after I explained to them multiple times that the item was not there. I typically do not even call to complain about the missing item but this time I decided to call them so they could make it right. But instead they just said I was lying without actually saying I was lying. Just kept telling me over and over that they put it in the bag. Maybe they did put it in a bag but not any of the bags they gave me. Sad!

It feels kinda dumb to write a review of a chain fast food restaurant, but this specific del taco was my go to until one day I ordered 6 of their birria tacos. I about bricks when I found out it was 30$ for 6 small tacos just because of the damn dipping sauce. Insane prices for a fast food place, especially del taco. Then the icing on the cake, is I unwrapped my tacos when I got home and was disappointed to find they had no cheese on them.At the time I just wrote it off thinking maybe I saw a pic of their quesadilla tacos thinking it was the birria tacos. I later find out, nope, they were indeed supposed to have cheese, not a single one of those tacos had cheese. I've never felt so scammed at any fast food place in my life and will never come back to this del taco again. Most brain damaged staff I've ever seen.

They told me the fires were well done well since fries are potatos and not steak I was confused because I couldn't get the fries medium rare...well I was confused and the cashier was to. If your a true fast food consumer don't order their sodas I've ordered a few and everyone knows mc danks got best soda and chicken nuggies . Order double Chili cheese burger with mountain dew or Pepsi trust me it'll help you get past ur wife denying you that special something something

Good food and service, but apparently their drive through is only open for one hour early in the morning, if you go by the sign posted in the window. Lol (image attached)
