Place is Good, Drinks are Great, we had 3 different ones and shared them all, Me and My GF, a Strawbery Bannana Smoothie, A Dirty Monkey w/ espresso shot ,and a Caramel Machiato, ok, so actually Im the O ly One who Liked the Dirty Monkey. I think they didnt like the espresso add on, without it it it would be sweeter.Food: 5/5
Very disappointed. I had always liked going here since they first opened and just know I drove through to the 2nd window only to be told I should’ve ordered and the 1st one which was closed when I drove by and which is why I went to the 2nd window. The girl was very rude and said I needed to go drive around again. Starbucks would’ve never made me drive back just to place an order if they hadn’t come to the Inter come to take my order. The girl could have taken it thete and had me park and then pick it up when it was done so she could help the cars behind me. I was going to place a 17 frap order for a get together. I went to Starbucks on 4 corners instead where their customer service was exceptional. I hope the owner talks to this young lady and offers retraining. It isn’t my fault she had to work on a Saturday. She had a very bad attitude and nasty tone to her.
The service is subpar, baristas are not super friendly or welcoming, but normally I forgive this for some lavender coffee. Today however, the service was horrible. The barista I encountered was so rude. I asked for 2 iced coffees sans ice, and she handed me 2 half cups of coffee. After laughing because, seriously? I asked her if she could please fill them up. She said no that it was pre-measured. She said, first of al, this isn 't Starbucks . Clearly, because Starbucks makes sure their customers are happy. She called her manager who I believe was the owner and said in front of me, that I was arguing with her and still they wouldn 't just fill up the coffee. I mean, to have a customer leave unhappy with half a cup of coffee and lose a customer on principle just to save 10 cents of coffee? Just bad business and terrible customer service. I try to support small businesses and the coffee here is good, but because of the bad customer service and managing practices I 'll be just taking my business back to Starbucks. Unless you want to be frustrated or aren 't picky, I suggest you do the same. in response to the owners reply below since I am unable to reply... Ma 'am, no one was nasty or mean to your rude and clearly poorly trained employee, I can only assume you 're trying to cover up the bad service and place blame for your rude employee and bad service on to your FORMER customer, that you clearly don 't care to lose. Your barista was unprofessional and the situation could have been resolved quite easily and this would have been avoided. I was indeed frustrated at the service and attitude I received. Your response just validates that poor attitude and bad customer service is a reflection of management. Thank you for the offer to refund, but I don 't need it. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere thanks.
I love their keto Frappuccino they don't have that anywhere else that I know of... try it it's sugar free and so yummy.... Once you try it you'll go back again and again....
