The food is very good and authentic. A very nice small place with beautiful music game and beer and wine is available. Very recommended as the food and service is A plus. Your breakfast is great. Try the Macahaca or the combo breakfast Burrito and add beans. Carlos and his family serve good food and are excellent hosts. Very recommended.
The Hacienda is very family-friendly. We were always welcome. The food is very delicious. The service is fast and friendly.
Hacienda La Joya is a diner in a mission Viejo Strip Mall specializing in American and Mexican breakfast, sandwiches and burgers. I wasn't sure what to expect before I came in, but I was instantly embellished with Hacienda La Joya's inviting decor, clean tables, and his delightful and familiar flavors of meat sizzled, onions, grilled eggs, and boiled pancake battery. For my breakfast I ordered the Taco Combo #2, consisting of two tacos, rice and fried beans for $6.99. The first tacos I ate was the Carne Asada Taco, which is packaged in foil, with two white corstortillas, melted cheese, onions and cilantro together with the well seasoned beef, tender and soft. In fact, this is soft enough to be lengua, but it is really good marinated beef. My other Taco selection was the Hard Shell Potato Taco, which cooked home fried potato wigs on a greasy plancha, adhering to the potato starches on the grill surface and in the best way you want to cook your breakfast potatoes, with crispy edges and smooth, soft Innards. And yet the best aspect of these potatoes was not the texture, but the lightly spicy seasoning mix that really brought her to life. This is a scary potato taco a breakfast style potato taco instead of the usual potato style tacos that makes it unique ingenious. You need to ask for Salsa on the page as it usually does not come with the Taco Combo. Do not expect much heat from him, it is somewhere between paprika and tapatio on the Scoville scale, but it is otherwise a decent tasting of rustic salsa with freshly chopped tomatoes, onions and Zilantro. Karina Franco owns and operates this pulsating Mexican greasy spoon with her husband Carlos. They inherit the place of Mrs. Franco's mother and have built a stellar local reputation that I think it is well deserved, based on my 7:30 Sunday morning in May.
