Why rated so high? Because this -owned pizza joint offers GREAT food. We just had Jay 's Combo and loved it! Cold beer, salads, pizza, sandwiches, buffalo wings, freshly baked cookies, etc. Try it out or cater an office party. You will be hooked. We need to support these kind of businesses.

Beautiful fresh and tasty pizzas and ingenious service. Before I try, the first-class pizza was the best in Irvine and its surroundings. This place hits the first class by few points. The only complaint I have is the price, I wish they were at least 10% cheaper than their current prices.

Super cool decor gives a warm retro feel. Comfortable seats and very cool A/C. The owner looked after details. It was very clean and the calzone and meatball sandwich were delicious! A must eat when you are in Lake Forest!

Definitely one of the best wings I?ve ever had. Pizza was also great. Fresh dough, melting cheese, fresh veggies properly baked. Wings were really juicy baked perfectly. Glad I visited this location. At first , it looks very popular for locals but now I know why. Must visit place. ??

Food 5 stars, service 5 stars price affordable . Very nice place to have pizza. The pizza is not dry not fat much taste and incredible cheese taste. Very recommended.
