Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lake Forest

It's a solid Mexican food chain. I enjoy pairing a beer with my burrito.

I placed my order over the phone and went to pick it up during a very busy time, and everything was just right.

What a burrito. All goods. I just went upstairs and they got it with ease. Just did it and hit my stomach with a shot of taste. The beans rice and onions and everything else just added. I did it and the workers seemed nice. Fast service.

Being in California feels a bit strange. The mask mandate is no longer in effect, which is whatever. Overall, it’s a typical Chipotle with good food and capable staff, but the atmosphere felt quite sterile and empty. Some people might appreciate that vibe, just so you know.

The food here is great, especially if you enjoy cilantro, as it's a key ingredient in almost every dish. However, the portion sizes can vary quite a bit depending on who is serving you. I absolutely love the food, and the service is exceptional. I just wish they would offer some cilantro-free options.
