Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lake Forest

They only have one person at the mobile pickup station and during dinner time I suggest waiting for 10-15 min before u head over to the store because there are whales that would order 10 burritos in one order and completely ruin the mobile pickup time. So it would be faster to just order at the counter. But either way this place is very slow and unpleasant to visit

First time to this location just a few minutes ago. As there are different locations and staff at any point, I am rating just for this one time experience compared to other locations. Late evening on a weeknight. I definitely had my share of different experiences and wouldn't doubt it may be different same place and time.I had a great experience. The staff handled my burrito professionally. Good portion. Paid and out. One odd experience was their soda fountain seems much crisper (or refreshing) than other locations, especially compared to Costco. One of the reasons I am leaving a review.

Since I have changed my choices in foods... chipotle will always be a go to for me! Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients.

Food quality was poor and I got sick from eating here.
