The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with less ice and an Iced Caramel Macchiato with oat milk and less ice. Unfortunately, when my drinks arrived, I was given the wrong one - a Caramel Iced Macchiato with oat milk instead of the matcha latte. When I asked for a remake with less ice, the staff simply dumped half of the drink, added more milk, and left it on the counter without fixing the issue. The customer service training at this place needs improvement. Unfortunately, my drink ended up in the garbage as it did not taste as expected. I was unable to get the name of the staff member who served me, but my receipt number is 6645 from October 15th at 2:21pm.
I am a truck driver and I went into the restaurant at 6pm in need of a coffee. There was a sign posted saying "back in 15 minutes". I waited for 25 minutes and nobody showed up. The store was open but there were no employees present. I feel like I should be compensated for the time I wasted.
The kitchen is always closed, so why keep the food menu showing up on the TV? Close it so nobody asks. Also could use a bit of a hygiene overall.
Drinks are terrible. The picture below is apparently a Matcha Latte...?
