It happened at:Starbucks Portola Glenn Ranch Road27412 Portola Parkway (Foothill Plaza)Lake Forest CA 92630Two baristas who rudely treated us are Ericka and Landon (that the names they gave us). Date Oct 29, 2023 between 9.45-10.00 am PSTThey missed one of my order. My husband asked them and Ericka (shift supervisor) told him there is no more coming. I ordered through mobile app so it only allows me to see the recent receipt, I sent it to him and stepped to the store. The store employee did not re-check the mobile order system to confirm the missing order. Ericka remade the order with the incorrect drink so I refused to take it. I told Ericka and Landon that I did not order that coffee and I want what I ordered. Landon said she will make the order for me as a COUTERSY. I corrected her that I'm asking for what I paid for not begging for a free drink. I ordered at 9.35 am, 9.36 am and 9.37am (3 seperate orders) and they missed the 9.36 am. She took the order ipad and checked something. I asked did you check the order, she saw something and replied nope she is just checking. Okay I want to move on with the order but Landon added: either way you are getting the order, aren't you? Well I got so upset, I corrected again to Landon that is not a good respect to your customer, I'm asking them to make an order I paid for, not asking them for a free one. Missing my order is either their mistake or their system mistake, not mine. The bad experience totally ruins my morning. After Landon quitely checked their system, they're making my order without apologizing what they just did to us. I need the right answer from your corporate. This is my 2nd bad experience with this location. The last time I did not complain and I'm coming to give it a try. I think you should control and retrain your team to have a minimum respectful service to your customer. If you need the order number, feel free to reach out to me.
This Starbucks branch needs extra staff. They are overwhelmed in the morning and it took more than ten minutes to order oatmeal. They also don't accept hundred dollar bill.
This is the worst starbucks ever. they take so long to make the drinks. all the employees just sit around and talk. i waited 15-20 min for a grande peppermint mocha frap. When I asked how much longer my drink would be the girl rolled her eyes and asked another worker to start on the drink. very very disappointed
I know people don't look into review for a Starbucks store. If you are this store manager, you should read this. Had a mobile order this morning and half of it was ready when I came in. I waited for 10 minutes and when I asked if they were working on my drink, they acted as if they could not be bothered. One of the baristas said she was working on it next and then went on break. And the second girl I talked to was also super rude and unhelpful. It felt like walking up to the mean girls table in a high school lunchroom. Not fun.
