Togo's Sandwiches - Lake Forest

Absolute worst place to eat in the city... ordered online and everything wrong . brought back and manager vaping and blowing smoke in there.. Asked for refund they do not know how too.. My neighbor said stopped eating there as dirty and it smells like the mens room at a bar !!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE does not adhere to anything the franchise offers. Food is nasty and order never right

When I inquired about the owner of Togo's, I was told it was Roy, but that he wouldn’t call or address any issues with the staff. I then asked about the manager, only to find out that the employee who was right next to us had witnessed everything and claimed, “I’m not part of this conversation,” which seemed to justify the rude behavior. When I asked if this was typical for Togo's, she simply said yes. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and after years of frequenting this location, I will not be returning. If you're looking for good service, I would recommend avoiding this place. It truly has poor service and unfriendly staff.

I visited the restaurant today, Saturday, at 10:30 a.m. It was all lit up, but the doors were locked. According to their website, they should have been open. I ended up wasting my time!

Since 2013 and at the time the prices were really good because it had a combination, complete with the sandwich, soda and chips. and the suppe of the day was delicious and cheap. in running the years they have the price too high on the combo, but they did with the chips and if they want chips, its 1.90 more. and now the suppe is quite pricy. at me they have imposed the price, but don't leave any items from the combination order.
