I had the privilege of having Chef Joe and his team cater my wedding, and I couldn't be more pleased. As someone who works in the wedding industry, I’ve collaborated with numerous caterers, but Chef Joe truly stood out. His warm, friendly, and attentive demeanor immediately put me at ease. The food was outstanding—he is not only highly professional but also incredibly talented and kind. He was the first vendor I secured for our event, and he helped make the planning process, despite the tight timeline, much smoother. I’m not sure how we got so lucky to have him serve at our wedding, but we will always be grateful for the experience. Everyone had wonderful things to say about the food! Great job to the whole team!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything; there wasn't a single bite left on my plate! The chicken was tender and packed with flavor, while the vegetables were rich and savory. The potatoes came with the perfect sauce, and the bread was fantastic. You can't go wrong with garlic bread, but this one had a special twist that made it stand out from the usual. We also ordered the peach cobbler for dessert, which was probably my favorite part. As a big fan of cobbler, I can say this one tasted like it could come from a fine dining restaurant. It was incredibly fresh, and the crust was delightfully different in a good way! I highly recommend the Western Hospitality Group for anyone wanting to serve a gourmet meal for 5 to 7 people without any hassle. You and your guests will be very impressed with the delicious food. I know I'll definitely be using their service again soon!
