Thank you to Sam for being so helpful and thoughtful!!! I was going to miss my train so I abandoned my order. She said to come back the next day and she would make it for me. My husband went in my place and explained why he was there. Sam remembered me and my order and made a fresh drink for me! Thank you so much for making my day!!

This Starbucks has been a part of my life for 2+ years now. I always order the same drink; staff is very friendly and I will miss this place as we move out of the area in couple of weeks.

Busy but nicely located in Geneva with attentive friendly staff.Good thing no drive thru great service and attention to walk in customers.Thank you all.Parking: Alittle walking but plenty of public parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

Great atmosphere, like a neighborhood coffeehouse set in an old building with classic wood interior. Doesn't have that sterile corporate look. With no drive-up window, staff can focus its good service on customers inside.
