Starbucks - Lake Havasu

Went with my other half to get ours drinks here at 5:45am. They were supposed to open at 5am. The girl work here was not even closed to be ready to open it. Things were being soak in the sink with water running, she saw me standing there waiting and just moving around stuffs on the counter and ironing me. So I was just standing there waiting. When I was ordering our drinks, they ran out of the trinta size, asking her about the differences of the 2 type of croissants...short answer with an irritating in her voice..regular or chocolate! I ordered my 2 drinks and 1 regular croissant and waited at the other end. One Safeway employee came up to order his drink, seem like they know each other, she started to complain to him about her already a bad morning, she wished her manager comes in right this minute to see how pissed off she was..blah blah went on n on..geee. When we were in the car on our way to Grand Canyon, I opened my breakfast bag, found out the croissant was a chocolate one..no a COLD chocolate croissant with a crunchy texture of chocolate cubes inside! What a morning while you're on vacation at this Starbucks! Go to the one inside Smiths not too far from this place, you'll be happier starting your day with.

The wait in Drive-Thru was pretty miserable due to stifling heat. The D-T Window should have a Courtesy fan for the Customer in the Car. The Service was , otherwise, Great

Best coffee i love it their so helpful when i cant decide on something they explain the whole drink every time i ask and they are very detailed about it

There was no line so I rushed over, there was no greeting, and I stood there for a minute or so before anyone came over. I ordered a simple drink, nothing special. I was given my drink with no thank you, think she may have said have a nice day . Anyway, compared to the other Starbucks in town, the staff here were pretty dry.

Amazing workers and their drinks and how they make them is excellent!I wish I could give more then 5 stars
