Costco Food Court - Lake in the Hills

We love going to Costco for a quick, tasty, and affordable lunch!

Liz at the customer service desk is amazing! She goes above and beyond to assist customers! She makes me want to come back!

I purchased a att mobile service plan from Costco store recently . Soon after purchase I realized that I was scammed by the ATT sales guy ..Saabeen, he did some gimick and quoted me a price and soom after I signed I got confirmation email with a different higher price . I contacted ATT kiosk in Costco but they said they won't be able to help as the contract was signed. I talked Connor , another ATT sales guy and he said will resolve the issue and will give a call back but he never did it . These ATT sales guys acted like they were selling snake oil earlier .I thought I will take up the issue to Costco, contacted a manager by name Scott and he said will help by escalating the issue to ATT regional manager but nothing was heard back from ATT or Costco . Buyers beware , ATT Kiosk guys could scam you and Costco wont back you so better go to a local Mobile store .

Food employees have a bad attitude, pay station at food area ran out of paper, message said let Costco employee know, young guy in food area looked at me as if I just ran over his dog or something, also besides that cost co employees in electronic area are kind of jerks. This is probably the most toxic costco I've run into.

Very regular stop for me. Produce can be a bit hit or miss, at times, but it is large volume/inventory and can 't expect perfect everything all the time when buying produce in bulk. Never been a problem to return and pick up new items. I have no complaints about this place.
