I ordered a meal online and went to pick it up. everything went well until I got my food. to prevent the hard drive being locked up, I went up and checked my order and found that my burger was wrong and that I lacked an article (the food of my daughter). I'm pulled into the window to fix it and you would have thought that the load is closed. no one came into the window, no one answered the drive-dru speaker. long story short, I paid for something I didn't get and it was my little kids eating
We were just here, they told us to wait. 10 minutes past and nothing yet we have finally said hello again and they told us to wait again who ever works here is playing his ridiculous! I have never had these customer services before at such a location. they don't waste their time coming here
Last time we'll ever be here. eating was cold and greasy. Shake was overcrowded and spilled everywhere. the order of the pommes was missing. no one answered 15 minutes by the ride. other customers just drove away instead of waiting. would be gone, but we would be paid online. never again.
My 4-yo son and I got food poisoning from here one week ago from vanilla shakes. Neither of us could hold down anything at all for over 24 hours, and now my son is apprehensive to drink anything milk-based because of the trauma of being so sick.Needless to say we will never visit this or any Steak ‘n Shake ever again.
Horrible service. but not only that, we ordered our food and I think the associate rang the wrong order up for us because we ordered 3 items that normally costs us 12 dollars and instead costed us 25. do not go here.
