The hotel is beautiful and a nice place to visit. We stayed in a room with a sea view, which was very comfortable.
Absolutely beautiful location for this historic 5-star hotel. the personal was great and I loved all the built-in stores. I would certainly recommend a stay. we dictated in the fairview bar and restaurant and visited the guides pantry to breakfast. I'm sorry to say that, according to my opinion, all the food we bought was a total and complete failure. they were from several choices, eating was hard, yes hard, and I mean everything up to the broth and cinnamon rolls. the steak was tasteless and it all came to premium prices. the coffee bar had a cream and sugar station that was not filled up. there are several hiking trails and kanu. all in all I recommend to stay here. simply adjust their dining room expectations accordingly.
Beautiful place, family-friendly, quiet and quiet atmosphere.
My 50th birthday at the fcll. it was the absolute best hotel experience I ever had. my man had champagne, cake and balloons in the room for our arrival, the personal made a beautiful job that made everything up. the lookout was stunning, the hotel and the grounds were beautiful, but the personal is what made our experience absolutely amazing! friendly, friendly, helpful and interested in where we were. wasi at the Lakeview bar has set the service standard from the beginning and then we went..we have checked into our hotel in banff when my man realized that he left his pass and all my birthday gifts in the safe, in our room. he called and the servant came in contact immediately with safety. 1 hour later we got the call that our things were safe. then he told us that they have driven our things down to us. an hour away, in banff. at his arrival (the director of the housekeeping, I think) tried my man to give him a tip, and it was rejected, he just said that there was his job. I wish I knew the names of all those we met because they were all the best. can't wait to see them all again!
