Steak 'n Shake - Lake Mary

Lake Mary Steak N' Shake, DO BETTER! JUST RECEIVED AN OLD STEAKBURGER, USUALLY THEY ARE COOKED FRESH OR SEMI FRESH AT OTHER LOCATIONS. THE BURGER WAS COLD WITH ONIONS BY THE WAY THAT I ASKED NOT TO HAVE. ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS DOWN SO NO MILKSHAKES. AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. OF COURSE I CALLED AND NO ONE PICKED UP! SMH....

The young lady in the drive thru has the worst customer service skills I've ever experience. The Manager was even worse. And now I understand why their services has declined in the past few years. I've worked in this area for almost 10 years, visited this location under different management and the service was wayyyyyyyyy better.

Tasty burgers, milk shake, super delicious, I recommend it ????

My husband just came home from going through the drive thru and what he ordered is not what we got. How hard is it to make a burger that is on the receipt. Horrible. What a waste of money.

It 's not the place that Steak and Shake used to be. You order at a kiosk, not to a waitperson, and pick up your food when called. It 's more efficient, I suppose, but not as friendly. The range of shakes is also much reduced: just the standards like chocolate and vanilla, no mocha or mint, but with stuff in it (chocolate chips, crumbled cookie bits, etc., which I personally detest). But the rest of the menu is familiar, and just as high quality as always. The burgers and shoestring fries are great. I 'm still a fan, but I miss the old style, and I wish they 'd reconsider the change.
