I usually am okay with tropical smoothie. Their food smoothies are usually pretty on point. However, do not get their new açaí bowls. The açaí had freezer burn and was very icy, the granola looks like crushed up nature valley bars, and then they douse it all in honey. It was definitely not worth the $10 I spent when I can go to planet smoothie and spend $4 extra for a bigger portion size and a non freezer burned açaí base.

Ordered pickup from here, which was painless, but after eating both a wrap and a smoothie, my wife and I ended up becoming violently sick. We believe this place gave us food poisoning.

Popped in here after going to Perspire sauna to refuel. Service was quick and the smoothie was yum, so was the wrap. In the middle of eating my food i look over and to my left was a cockroach crawling on the walls. I immediately stopped eating and threw all my food away and left. This is gross, please keep your places clean with all the sugar and food you have out.
