Hamburger was very dry and frozen French fries so bad I had to request ranch dip so I could eat

The food was so flavorful and the service was great. The fried plantains were perfect! My one complaint was that my fish was slightly overcooked, but it was still good. It was nice sitting outside with a nice view of Lake Norman. Thank you!

Awesome food, and drinks with service always top notch. Water access is easy with plenty of slips.

Came to Toucan's tonight...walked into an absolutely lovely experience and had an amazing server, Kristen! The atmosphere of this restaurant is great I usually don't even care about stuff like that, but it's so relaxing and pretty! I can't wait to come in again over the summer to be on the patio. Kristen made sure we had refills and were enjoying our time and food. She was so pleasant and friendly, the epitome of good service!!Our food and service was top notch.
