A Plus Crab (lake Orion)

So happy that I gave this place an attempt! 5 stars and I tell them why: 1. great delicious seafood! the quality is literally a*. 2. Playground for our little ones! bring their children, there is a big playground and they will love it! 3. Clean it up! 4. great service! 5. they can say they are proud of their restaurant. enjoys!

Friendly service, great atmosphere and food... Awesome Crab and Shrimp... messy but worth the fun and food!!

Went here for lunch yesterday, the place was clean and the service was good. The food, I will just say won 't be back. No grilled options!!! I had the fried calamari basket with sweet potato fries, my husband had the fried crab cakes with hush puppies and had a bowl of the crab chowder. He said the crab chowder was very good and that is where it ends. The calamari breading was mushy and the meat was extremely chewy. The crab cakes were over fried and very greasy. Unfortunately, we both had very upset stomachs later in the afternoon. My sauces that came with is ketchup and tarter sauce, not quite what I was expecting either. Would I recommend no, but try at your own risk.

We came for dinner last night The restaurant is very clean, and we had really great service The menu is very limited. No grilled fish options. Only deep fried. No salad options. We both ordered the fried catfish basket with sweet potato fries The portions were fine. You get 4 pieces of well coated fish. My one star review is that I started about an hour after we got home My spouse did not get sick. So maybe I got the one and only bad piece of fish, but I promise you I will never go back.

We have been there 3 times so far and every time has been outstanding, great tasting food, great service, all the facilities really clean, overall a 10/10 experience.If like us you're hesitant between the two apparently identical restaurants that opened up around here, don't lose your time and money in the other place, this is the real thing!!
