I had the choice of the chef chirashi bowl and the sushi rice tasted like regular rice, for $27 it was just okay and I wouldn't order it again. we also ordered the tempura appetizer with $2 extra for a garnel and the garnelen was so small it was a sweat to calculate extra for, seriously the garnelen looked smaller than the type they buy frozen! the drachenrolle was ok with only 6 small pieces for $13, and maybe the fish is sustainable, but eating here felt no different than going to a conveyor belt-like restaurant. what stung is most after I got home I got an email that offered a free drink $14 worth) in the fairy, too late and the waitress not even mention, or offer in-kind, although I ordered a drink and spent over $100 on dinner! I think I'm done with bamboo sushi, going somewhere else to get a better value or a better quality.
Eating is always fresh and very tasty. the service was excellent. only suggests adding more wine selection.
That was my first time to eat here and I was less than excited. I was there to celebrate my grandson's birthday, so it wanted to be something special. eating was excellent, but the out and fever pitch feeling of the place was almost unbearable. we sat right in the line of traffic and had people waiting for their tables directly for us. it felt like a factory to see how many people could be brought.
The food and the service were very good. it was a bit loud and we sat close enough to the door, we got a cold each time. otherwise it was excellent. I have said in my OpenTable book (and also the server) that we were there for my daughter birthday and they did not recognize anything. we didn't want to sing or expect something like, but it's always nice when a place makes a note of a special occasion and tries to make it special.
My waitress and the hostess was very nice. The Shoshone chef didn’t acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes. Then I ores my roll with VERY little rice. I came with a lot of rice. He never asked how I was. I go to the LO Bamboo sushi frequently and have always gotten great service so not getting that surprised me.
