Freshii - Lake Oswego

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. We tried to hire us and nobody answered. That wasn't a big deal we thought they were busy. I go in and a young girl goes to the register as she removes her HEADPHONES from her ears. I made the comment? I'm not sure if something is wrong with your phones, but I tried to call a few times and no one answered?. Apparently, she didn't hear it ringing with her headphones.. We ordered anyway and brought our food back to our hotel, which was about 10 minutes away. The food was cold, the rice was not cooked. The cheese was not the least bit melted, and the beans were lumped in an area of the burrito. I called the store manager the next morning and explained my situation. She told me if I were willing to go to the store, she would spend a refund on my meal. Although we were on vacation, I agreed. I came to the store and the supervisor told me that she spoke to her manager who said she couldn't refund my meal, but could offer a voucher card. She said it's the same as a gift card and I could use it at any place at a later time for the credit of my meal. I agreed that this would be okay, even if I assumed to be refunded. She gave me the card that courageously claims? valid for a menu item?. I'll take the voucher back and show it. I asked if she could give me three more to compensate for the meal. She had no one and refused to apply the credit on a gift card. She had to call her manager again to see what to do next. After watching her sniffing dinner and helping customers after me, I never came in again. She told me she talked to her manager and there's nothing she can do. She suggested I come back or call on Monday. I informed her that I was on vacation and would leave on Sunday. I asked if she could give me a number to reach a manager or call the manager while I was standing there so I could also talk to them. She refused both requests. Needless to say, I will now talk to the company about something that the store would have been able to handle easily.

This place is corrupt! Manager is terrible. Deals customers and employees badly. Food is very center. Everything sucks in this place. The meat gives you a skin rash. Nothing's real here. Everything is processed and fake. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the Buddha scarf! I regularly get their juices and protein bites for healthy lunch snacks, they consider a fair amount of time. Honestly, everything on their menu is great and I really like that everything is clean food and made fresh. The staff is always friendly and friendly at this point too.

When I was here for the first time, there was no amount of energy. But the following time I was here, I was greeted with the owner who can tell you was very passionate about the things he does. Very unforgettable experience trading smiles and laughter. Thanks for the great food!

Got a $15 burrito. That's just a stock burrito $10) with chicken $5). It's loaded up with uncooked vegetables, rice, and meat. It's not Mexican so there's no salsa, beans, or Mexican seasoning. Mine was supposed to have a curry sauce, which it did, but they used it sparingly. There's one culture I can think of that has been consistently vegetarian and that's India. They know you can't just have a pile of vegetables plain. They cover them in spices and seasoning. Freshii has missed this by a mile and delivered the equivalent of an undressed salad with unseasoned chicken. Even the raw onions were bland. How does that even happen? Seasoning! We need flavor and Freshii does not deliver it in their burritos.
