Contribuisci feedbackI put the order online when my man went to get it, the whole order was wrong I asked for six orders of hashbrowns I got only a six piece hash browns. they were burned and very fat. also a chicken bacon sandwich I got a wurstei and cheese and it was missing the sausage of the coffee was warm. the sandwich was also burned. I will never go to this place again. if I can give a zero star, I would
DO NOT GO HERE!I’ve lived on Lake Shore Dr (the road behind this location) for nearly five years. After my experience with them through the years, I can tell you that This is THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION I’ve ever been to. The management team is awful. The owner has done nothing to fix the many staffing and other issues they’ve CONSTANTLY had through the years.I WILL NEVER go to this location again unless it is under new ownership. It is sincerely the biggest joke of a business I’ve encountered.If you decided to go to this Dunkin location, be warned, there is a less than likely chance that this location will actually have what you want, or have the ability to take your money. Three separate times this week alone I have gone to this location, waited in line to order my food/drink, only to Be given some lame excuse as to why the people inside aren’t able to accommodate customer orders. This morning, at 7:30am (two and a half hours after they open) they had a handwritten sign on the window that reads….“Only taking Mobile orders until a manager shows up to open the drawer to the register”I’ll be contacting Dunkin’ Corporate this morning. Lake Park deserves better than this.
I've been to this location on several occasions and this time was by far, the worse service I've ever received from any establishment. For starters, drive thru was closed off and they had only three customers including myself which was a big inconvenience. We got inside and the cashier had both her airpods in and when we started ordering, she kept asking us to repeat. The location is dirty and everyone was just doing whatever.. They got my entire order wrong and I received an extra item and no manager was there to void the transaction. The young lady making the croissants was eating and all her belongings on the container... so sad
Donuts was stale the next day. As to the owner instead of writing you're sorry about everyone's experience on here on Google Reviews,How about you go to your store and do something about it?? No wonder your parking lot stays empty at this location.
I could not believe the lack of service and total ineptness of the 3 working there this morning. Out of courtesy because I wanted to order a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, I went inside. I was hollared out by the person in charge for coming in because she had a big order and was boxing donuts. I asked her if she wanted me to go through takeout and she wanted to know what I wanted. I told her and she proceeded to make me a sandwich out of a stale bagel, did not toast it and threw it in a bag. I told her I needed coffee and a donut and she was even more put out. I asked for a vanilla cream filled donut and was given a glazed donut with vanilla crème smeared on top. I told her that was not what I wanted and she said that that was all she had, take it or leave it. I have come to this location many times over the years when I stay at the beach but this service was pathetic. When I got to the hotel, the sandwich was not eatable, hard as a rock. Very disappointed, has been a go to place in the past but this was my last visit. The new ownership or management gets a 0/10 rating.
