My husband finished his drink and had to get the bartender's attention, as she was busy chatting with other customers. He inquired about another drink from the reviews and asked about our food, but by that point, he had lost interest in the drink and opted for just a glass of wine. The food still took a while longer to come out. When my dish finally arrived, it was decent—something I could have easily made at home—but one side had a really burnt crust. My husband’s meal came, and he said it was good. They did comp one beer because of the delay with the food, but on the way home, my husband mentioned that he wouldn’t want to return. Sorry, but we were left disappointed.
Fortunately, brunch wrapped up quickly, and I was able to enjoy a fantastic burger. The builder burger for $10 is a great value, as it comes with a generous portion of fries. Aubrey, who was behind the bar, provided excellent service. When I received the bill, I was puzzled because I was charged separately for my gin and tonic—specifically, $5 for the gin during happy hour and an additional $2 for the tonic. This was the first time I had been charged for a mixer, which surprised me. The rest of the bill looked normal. Overall, this is a delightful spot with friendly staff, and I will definitely return—though I might opt for a beer next time!
My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. We stayed an hour longer than expected due to the cool vibe, delicious food and great drinks. Wow! This place is a hidden gem. Bryan, the bartender, is in the right line of work. He?s awesome. Now to the food out of this world good! We had the meatball appetizer and from the first bite you could tellit was homemade. Then we ordered some tacos for the main course and they were the best I?ve ever tasted. Bryan recommended thebirria tacos (beef) and I can tell you they are definitely worth the trip. Go here. If I lived closer I would be here all thetime.
Enjoyed Saturday brunch with my family. The wings as an appetizer and all three items, we ordered were very fun dishes with lots of flavor. Will definitely be back for lunch or dinner. The bartender taking care of us was very personable.
We enjoyed the mimosas, the DJ was fantastic, and the food was good overall. However, there was a significant issue with my two vegetarian friends' order. They requested a cheddar, onion, and pepper omelet and made it clear to the server twice that they were vegetarians, but the omelet came with ham in it. One of my friends hasn’t eaten meat in 32 years! Unfortunately, no manager approached us to apologize or provide an explanation, even though the restaurant was nearly empty—just our party of six and one other couple dining. There’s really no excuse for this oversight. If it had been a peanut allergy, the consequences could have been severe.
