Albert's Pizza Ronkonkoma

Long story short we waited 3 hours for our pizza delivery without compensation or apology. Our first cake was never delivered to us (it went to a wrong address? and we were told after 2 hours, everything they could do was our order and delivery, which lasted another 45 minutes. Luckily, when our pizza arrived, it was pleasant, but we are only very disappointed by customer service and do not think that we would risk the order from there again.

Amazing food and great staff. The nice gentleman that helped me suggested the Mac n cheese slice and he was right!! SO GOOD
